How it Works:

The diagram below illustrates a straightforward setup for a conference or meeting room. At the core of this setup is our BG-Connexio, a versatile wireless BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) solution compatible with both Windows and Mac systems. It is connected to the display via HDMI for seamless video output. For video and audio capture, we have integrated the BG-CYCLOPS-4K video bar, which connects to the BG-Connexio through USB. This all-in-one video bar is equipped with a high-quality camera featuring auto-framing capabilities, built-in speakers, and an integrated microphone, providing an efficient solution for video conferencing. To further enhance audio quality, we are using the BG-OMNITALK-PRO speakerphone, which is connected directly to the laptop. This ensures clear, full-duplex audio for all participants.

How it Works:

In this enhanced setup, we’re taking our conference system to the next level. We’ve upgraded to the BG-ADAMO-4K as the primary conference camera, delivering superior image clarity. The camera is connected to the BG-Connexio via USB, allowing it to function seamlessly as a high-quality webcam for the connected computer. The BG-Connexio, along with up to three additional HDMI sources, is integrated into the BG-PSC7X2 presentation switcher. This switcher offers two outputs connected to two separate displays, enabling you to effortlessly switch between any of the available input sources on either display. Finally, for audio, we continue to rely on the BG-OMNITALK-PRO, providing crystal-clear sound to complete this advanced setup.

How it Works:

This setup demonstrates an efficient collaboration space using our BG-EXH-50UWP-W wall plate extenders for easy connectivity. Users can connect their devices via USB-C or HDMI, seamlessly transmitting their signals to the BG-PSC6X2-4K presentation switcher. From there, one HDMI output is directed to the display, while the second HDMI output is routed to our BG-4KCH capture card, which connects to one of the PCs. This configuration allows for both live display and recording of the screen content, along with in-room video capture using our BG-ADAMO-4K camera. Audio is managed through the BG-PSC6X2-4K, delivering clear sound to the room’s speaker system.
