Overview
The BG-EXHOC is a 4K HDMI signal extender that increases the range of an HDMI input signal up to 110m (363ft) over a single coaxial cable. The use of coaxial cable provides a durable, inexpensive method of transmitting uncompressed HDMI signals over long distances.

Connectivity
The BG-EXHOC can extend HDMI signals to its maximum range with resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz 4:4:4. The extender is also HDMI 2.0 compliant and supports HDCP 2.2/1.4 input and output. To achieve this level of quality, the unit sends the full uncompressed HDMI signal through the coaxial cable. Belden 1694A coaxial cable is recommended for maximum performance. The BG-EXHOC has a maximum data rate of 18Gbps and features automatic signal equalization.
Audio
Not only does the BG-EXHOC preserve HDMI video quality over long distances, it also maintains crisp and clear audio quality. Multi-channel audio is supported at rates of 32KHz, 44.1KHz, and 48KHz. Supported audio formats include Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital Plus, and LPCM 7.1.
Control with IR Passthrough
To help control devices across longer distances and around obstacles, the BG-EXHOC supports bi-directional IR passthrough via IR blasters and IR receivers. This allows control of distant devices without incurring the expense of a third-party control system.
